Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining high standards of compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.)
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling
- Drive performance management systems and organizational development initiatives
- Supervise payroll coordination, audits, and HR documentation
- Support leadership in decision-making through HR insights and reporting
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Strong expertise in statutory compliance and all HR-related functions
- Proven ability to independently manage HR operations
- Experience in the healthcare sector will be a distinct advantage
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Educational Qualification:
- MBA / Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
