THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Plant Supervisor from the resin industry to support plant supervision at our Faridabad facility. The ideal candidate understands resin manufacturing processes first-hand, can oversee operators on the floor, and is ready to take ownership of shift-level operations under the guidance of senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise plant operators during production shifts, ensuring adherence to batch schedules and SOPs
- Monitor resin batches through the production cycle — from raw material addition to completion
- Coordinate with the lab team to ensure quality checks are carried out at the right stages
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate shift logs, batch records, and production reports
- Ensure plant housekeeping, safety compliance, and discipline on the floor
- Support the Plant Manager in day-to-day operational decisions
- Guide and train junior operators on process steps and safe work practices
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential
- Prior experience in the resin industry — Unsaturated Polyester Resin, Alkyd, Epoxy, or similar
- Hands-on knowledge of resin batch processes and plant operations
- Ability to supervise a team and maintain discipline and productivity on the floor
- Good coordination and communication skills across operators, lab, and management
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standard operating procedures in a chemical plant
Preferred
- Experience specifically in Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR) manufacturing
- Exposure to quality control processes and lab coordination
- Ability to read and interpret batch formulation sheets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
