We are looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to join GCOO/GTE/DMP/SRE and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our critical systems. This position sits at the intersection of development and operations, with a strong focus on engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
As part of a large and complex environment, you will contribute to scaling SRE and DevOps practices across multiple teams and applications. You will be expected to bring both deep technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership, helping drive the transformation toward more resilient, automated, and observable systems.

Security is an integral part of the role. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing vulnerabilities, and for coordinating their remediation with the relevant teams. You will also integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines as part of a DevSecOps approach, and contribute to the deployment of automated scanning tools. Maintaining awareness of emerging threats and ensuring timely patching will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
