Boiler & HAG Incharge
Location: Butibori, Nagpur
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Boiler and Hot Air Generator (HAG) systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted steam and hot air supply for production operations.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor fuel consumption and optimize utility efficiency.
- Maintain boiler logs, operational records, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Boiler and HAG operations, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Understanding of utility systems and equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.
