Phone Manager :- Digital Sales
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Insurance Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain insurance products, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and experience in insurance telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Calling & Lead Management
- Call and identify potential customers from allocated campaigns
- Explain and promote insurance products to prospects
- Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate information
- Ensure timely follow-ups and callbacks for sales closure
Sales & Conversion
- Achieve telephonic sales conversion targets
- Maintain high-quality customer interaction standards
- Ensure zero mis-selling and compliance with company policies
- Drive customer issuance with a target-oriented approach
Process & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow company-defined sales and operational processes
- Ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Telephonic sales conversions
- Zero mis-selling
- Achievement of defined sales performance targets
- Consistent follow-up and customer engagement
Eligibility CriteriaExperience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales and telecalling
Education
- High School / Graduate (Any Stream)
Technical Requirements
- Basic computer and technological knowledge
- High-speed internet connectivity for smooth work-from-home operations

Competencies
