Position: Store Associate (End-to-End Retail Operations)
Shift Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00PM (Strict punctuality required)
Reporting To: Brand Owner / Management
Location: The Corridors, Chattarpur, Delhi
Core Job Responsibilities
- Daily Store Opening & Prep (10:30 AM): Arrive strictly by 10:30 AM to execute the opening of store, ensuring the store is fully prepared, lit, and operational before doors open to the public.
- Daily Store Closing & Security (8:00 PM): Execute the closing protocol at 8:00 PM, ensuring all systems are shut down, the premises are secure, and cash/POS data is locked away.
- End-to-End Operational Management: Maintain full ownership of the shop floor during official working hours (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM), ensuring a smooth, seamless shopping experience.
- Sales Target Achievement: Proactively drive store revenue by engaging with customers, upselling, and consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales goals.
- Premium Client Hospitality: Welcome every customer with premium hospitality, offering personalized assistance and building long-term, loyal relationships.
- Garment Care Excellence: Inspect all apparel on the display floor continuously to ensure every piece is perfectly ironed, steamed, and free of wrinkles.
- Visual Merchandise Alignment: Maintain strict aesthetic standards by keeping all clothing neatly categorized, perfectly spaced, and accurately aligned on the display racks.
- Cleanliness Supervision: Monitor the floor throughout the day and actively direct cleaning helpers to maintain absolute cleanliness in every corner of the boutique.
- Inventory Control & Daily Audits: Track all incoming and outgoing stock movements, keeping the backend stockroom highly organized and safe. Conduct daily stock audits to ensure zero inventory discrepancies.
- POS Billing Ownership: Manage the billing counter efficiently, utilizing the store’s retail POS software to process customer transactions, exchanges, and payments accurately.
- Daily Management Reporting: Compile and submit comprehensive End-of-Day (EOD) reports directly to the owner, detailing final sales figures, customer footfall numbers, and critical inventory updates.
- On-Floor Problem Solving: Act as the primary problem-solver on the shop floor, independently resolving customer complaints, billing issues, or unexpected operational challenges with a calm and professional attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
