Quality Control:
- Perform in-process and final product inspections on using various testing methods (dimensional checks, visual inspections, destructive testing, etc.).
- Monitor critical process parameters during production to identify potential quality issues early on.
- Collect data and analyze quality trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Document inspection results and non-conformance reports.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards in accordance with industry regulations and company specifications.
- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality management system (QMS)
- Investigate and address quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and minimize defects.
- Generate quality reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns impacting quality.
- Present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update quality documentation including specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
- Provide quality training to production personnel on new procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development to ensure design for quality.
