We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive specialising in US Bench Sales to join our growing team in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, US Citizens) to US clients and vendors on C2C, W2, and 1099 arrangements
- Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators
- Source and match consultants to job requirements via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder
- Negotiate pay rates, billing rates, and contract terms to maximise margins
- Manage full sales cycle from outreach to offer closure and onboarding
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue targets weekly
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or Staffing Sales
- Strong knowledge of US visa categories: H1B, OPT, CPT, GC/EAD, TN, US Citizens
- Experience with C2C, W2, and 1099 arrangements
- Proficiency with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
- Experience with CRM/ATS tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal or similar)
- Comfortable working US night shift from Kochi (IST 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
