Required Biomedical Engineer
Qualification: B.Tech/ MSc/Diploma in Biomedical
Duties and Responsibilities
Undertake day to day service of Hospital equipments
Material follow-up with Purchase Department
Interacting with the department staff on breakdown and other department issues
Ensure the review of supplies, instrumentation, and facilities in the Hospitals related to safety, performance and recommend required or desirable changes
To plan & execute preventive and calibration Maintenance
Monitoring the department technical resources
To support BME in other activities of the department
Assisting Service Engineers during periodic service
Planning optimal availability of equipments and supplies, such as spares and consumables
To report Management about department activities
To train the end users for handling the equipments & its accessories carefully as per the pre drawn schedule
Installation and Training of newly purchased medical equipments
Maintaining Equipment Asset and record keeping like daily log books, Installation reports, Service reports etc
Recording of calibrated details
Scheduling periodical maintenance
Preparing preventive maintenance schedule
Preventive maintenance of all the equipments according to the plan
Ensuring Uninterrupted supply of safe medical gas
Root cause analysis of incidents and deviations
To adhere with the safety precautions for staff and patients
To coordinate with vendors in technicality of the equipments
