As a Sales Manager for Home Loan & Mortgage Loan, you will drive business by connecting with customers, understanding their property financing needs, and offering the best solutions for home loans, loan against property (LAP), balance transfer, and top-up loans from 20+ banks & NBFCs.
- Generate Quality Leads: Source business through referrals, digital channels, builder/CA tie-ups, and field visits for home loans & mortgage loans.
- Meet & Advise Customers: Understand client requirements for home purchase, construction, LAP, and commercial property loans.
- End-to-End Loan Processing: Guide customers through documentation, application, and coordination with HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis & other banks for home loan & mortgage loan approvals.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet monthly & quarterly disbursement goals for home loan & mortgage loan products.
- Documentation & Follow-up: Ensure timely KYC, income docs, property papers, and legal-tech coordination for faster sanctions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
