Core Responsibilities
- Assessments & Testing: Observe behavior, conduct interviews, and administer psychological tests to identify issues.

- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized, actionable treatment and behavioral modification plans for clients.
- Psychotherapy: Conduct regular individual, family, or group counseling sessions.
- Monitoring & Referrals: Track client progress over time, adjusting treatment methods as necessary, and write referrals to other medical or mental health professionals.
