School Assistant Dining Supervisor
Role Purpose
Manages daily cafeteria operations to ensure safe, nutritious, and efficient meal services. Supervises staff, enforces health codes, and maintains a positive, organized dining environment for students.
Core Responsibilities
- Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and delegate daily duties to dining staff.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety regulations and maintain high sanitation standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor food supplies and equipment; track daily inventory and restocking.
- Student Experience: Maintain and resolve behavioral issues, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Administration: Track meals served, complete daily reports, and handle register operations.
Key Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or Hotel Management and Administration courses.
- Experience: Background in food service, hospitality, or school nutrition.
- Certification: Valid Food Handler’s permit/ServSafe certification.
- Skills: Strong communication, crowd management, and knowledge of dietary standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
