About the Role:-
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our business development initiatives and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client relationship management, and team handling, with knowledge of company registration and international business setup services.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and convert new business opportunities through consultative sales.
- Guide clients on company registration and business setup services in Australia, UAE, USA, New Zealand, and the UK.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure sales targets are achieved. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role. Experience in handling and mentoring a sales team. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of international company registration or business setup services is preferred. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
