Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Bangalore Commitment : Full Time We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support Non-IT hiring, especially within BFSI and FinTech domains. The role involves managing bulk hiring requirements, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, particularly in BFSI and FinTech domains.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and vendor networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and co-ordinations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Experience in BFSI/FinTech hiring will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
