Job Title: Telecaller – Work From Home
Job Type: 7 hours / Work From Home
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and polite Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers who have already made enquiries, explaining the product/service, following up regularly, and closing sales. The role also includes coordinating with service partners to schedule their jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers who have enquired about our product/service.
- Explain, pitch, follow up, and close sales.
- Call service partners and coordinate job scheduling.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers and partners.
- Complete daily calling requirements of around 80–100 calls, as needed.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling/sales calling experience.
- Must know Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.
- Polite, well-behaved, and professional attitude.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work from home with discipline.
- Comfortable with target-based work.
Working Hours:
- 7 hours per day.
- 1 weekly off.
- Flexible working timings.
