We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational processes, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth execution of internal workflows. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, follow-up abilities, and strong coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities and internal processes.
- Maintain records, reports, and process documentation accurately.
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors, clients, or employees for pending tasks and updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned processes and tasks.
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Assist management in process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Handle email communication and maintain professional correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and task assignments.
- Support HR/Admin/Operations team with routine coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
