A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing civil works at
construction sites, ensuring all activities are executed according to project plans
and specifications. The role involves direct supervision of site operations,
coordinating with project manager and purchase department and maintaining
high standards for quality, safety, and progress. Site Engineers play a critical role
in supporting billing activities under the budgeted cost by ensuring efficient use of
resources, making them essential to successful project delivery. Supervise day-to-day civil works at site
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams based on project manager instruction.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and safety
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR)
- Take site measurements and support billing activities after each activitycompletion.
- Ensure proper use of materials and manpower and material management on site
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in site management and supervision
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to prepare reports and site documentation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
