Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Project Engineer – Planning to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities. The candidate will assist in preparing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules and timelines using planning tools and MS Excel.
- Assist in project execution planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, and Site teams for project activities.
- Track project milestones and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project dashboards.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Assist in preparing project status presentations for management.
- Support project managers in planning and execution activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience Required
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Project Planning, Project Coordination, or Project Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, or conveyor system industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Understanding of project life cycle and project management principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Salary Range: 18,000/- to 20,000/-
Joining: Immediate / As per notice period.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
