- Source, identify, and onboard new guest house accommodations based on business requirements and occupancy needs.
- Conduct scheduled visits to existing guest houses to ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and closely monitor maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Supervise guest house staff and ensure smooth, efficient, and service-oriented day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with property owners, landlords, and vendors.
- Manage guest house agreements, renewals, negotiations, and associated documentation.
- Ensure proper collection, verification, and upkeep of all legal, compliance, and operational documents.
- Address and resolve accommodation-related concerns, maintenance issues, and guest satisfaction escalations promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational SOPs, and guest house standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on occupancy levels, maintenance status, issues, and overall performance of guest house operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
