Role & Responsibilities:-
We are looking for a motivated SharePoint Developer to join our Microsoft 365 team. You will design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions — from modern intranet portals to document management systems and Power Platform automations — that help thousands of employees collaborate smarter.
This is a hands-on role: you will write real code, participate in architecture discussions, and own features end-to-end under the mentorship of senior engineers. If you are passionate about the Microsoft ecosystem and want to grow fast, this is your launchpad.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages using modern SPFx web parts and extensions.
- Build responsive, accessible UI components with React + TypeScript using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx 1.18+).
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps canvas/model-driven apps to automate business processes.
- Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, and governance policies in accordance with best practices.
- Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and end users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing SharePoint and Teams environments.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile / Scrum team.
- Document solutions, write unit tests, and maintain technical knowledge base articles.
