Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Counselor to lead our Kottayam center in the education industry. This is a key leadership role where you will manage both operational and strategic functions to ensure the success of the branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background with a proven track record in leading teams, driving educational initiatives, and ensuring business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of educators, IT professionals, and operational staff to achieve branch goals.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of KPIs.
- Business Growth: Identify and implement strategies for growth, including enrolling students, fostering partnerships, and enhancing educational offerings.
- IT Integration: Ensure seamless integration of technology in the educational environment, optimizing the use of IT tools for better teaching and learning experiences.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet branch goals and targets.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and external partners, to enhance brand reputation and student satisfaction.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements while preparing regular reports for senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in sales & leadership role within the IT or education industry.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Education Management, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of educational technology and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive business results and manage branch operations.
- Ability to solve problems and manage conflicts effectively.
- Location: Immediate joiners preferred, must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate.
