Customer relationship manager
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, coordinators, and education officers across Surat and Gujarat
- Make outbound calls, send WhatsApp messages, and write emails to introduce STREAMEDU's robotics kits and STEM programs to schools
- Schedule and attend meetings and product demonstrations at schools — present our robotics kits, AI lab setups, and drone education programs
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and proposals — convert leads into confirmed orders and long-term clients
- Maintain a clean and updated CRM database of all leads, contacts, follow-up dates, and conversion status
- Coordinate with the STREAMEDU product and operations team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction after orders
- Collect feedback from schools after product delivery and share insights with the team for product improvement
- Attend education fairs, STEM exhibitions, and school events to promote STREAMEDU's brand and generate new leads
- Prepare weekly sales reports showing number of calls, meetings, demos, and conversions
- Handle client complaints and queries professionally — ensure every issue is resolved quickly and the client relationship is maintained
REQUIREMENTS
What We Are Looking For
- Any graduate — B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, BCA, or any stream. Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi — English is a bonus
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality — you must enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- Basic smartphone and computer skills — WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and calling apps
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits to schools across Surat and nearby areas
- Self-motivated and target-oriented — able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, education, or customer service is a strong advantage — but not mandatory
- Genuine interest in education and technology — you will be representing STEM products and must be enthusiastic about them
- For internship: final-year students or recent graduates looking to start their career in sales and client relations
Pay: ₹11,075.75 - ₹32,532.11 per month
