Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and handle day-to-day front desk activities. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain visitor records and reception area decorum
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments
- Manage courier services, inward & outward dispatches
- Support HR and Admin activities as required
- Maintain office stationery and pantry stock records
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations
- Ensure proper housekeeping and office maintenance follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3–4 years of experience in Front Office / Reception / Administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
