Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Performance Max, Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and their integration with PPC strategies.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
