We're looking for a Marketplace Manager who is passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and building great customer experiences online.
Job Responsibilities
As our Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of our marketplace business across platforms including Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon and other online marketplaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end marketplace account management including adds across marketplaces.
- Thorough knowledge of Uniware/Vinculum platform
- Creating, uploading, and maintaining product listings.
- Optimizing product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes.
- Managing catalog creation and catalog hygiene.
- Coordinating product launches and ensuring timely listing of new collections.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring stock accuracy across marketplaces.
- Working closely with marketplace account managers.
- Resolving listing issues, suppressed listings, and catalog errors.
- Managing pricing updates, promotions, and marketplace campaigns.
- Coordinating with the creative, catalog, operations, and management teams.
- Monitoring marketplace performance, sales, and product visibility.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all online channels.
- Staying updated with marketplace policies and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Marketplace Management or E-commerce Operations.
- Experience handling one or more platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of catalog management and product listings Via Uniware/ Vinculum software.
- Good understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly preferred.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
