- Manage complete shift operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet
- Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen for product availability and timely order preparation
- Oversee billing accuracy and ensure smooth POS operations
- Supervise service staff, kitchen team, and housekeeping during shifts
- Allocate duties, maintain discipline, and ensure staff punctuality
- Train new employees on SOPs, product knowledge, and customer service standards
- Motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and excellent service experience
- Handle customer complaints effectively and resolve issues promptly
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets
- Promote offers, combos, and new products to customers
- Upsell to improve average order value
- Maintain food quality and taste standards as per brand guidelines
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness across outlet, kitchen, and storage areas
- Follow FSSAI and safety standards strictly
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely indenting of materials
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage practices
- Handle cash responsibly and avoid discrepancies
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management for updates
