What You’ll Do
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll drive business growth, lead end-to-end sales engagements, and build strategic relationships across industry verticals. Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue high-potential industries and client accounts.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Finance, and Operations teams for seamless service delivery.
- Leverage client relationships and partnerships to create new opportunities.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives and represent VELAN IT in key industry forums.
- Ensure legal, financial, and compliance alignment in all commercial engagements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise security solutions (CCTV, Fire Safety, IBMS, Access Control, Gating).
- Strong consultative sales skills with deep understanding of client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to manage complex sales cycles independently.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients across regions.
