About Us: Indian Green Steel Supplychain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (a DPIIT-recognized startup) is digitizing and scaling the heavy materials and structural steel trade. Built upon a 25-year-old family legacy in the iron and steel industry, we aggregate India’s best rolling mills for global and domestic projects.
We are not a standard corporate desk-job company. We are building a fast-paced, gritty, and highly aggressive supply chain operation. We are looking for hungry, execution-focused individuals to join our core team.
The Role: You will be on the front lines of global and domestic steel trade. You won't just be making calls; you will be learning the unit economics of heavy materials, negotiating with B2B buyers, and driving revenue.
What You Will Do:
- Drive outbound B2B sales and lead generation for TMT, Structurals, and Custom Long Products.
- Manage client relations and negotiate pricing based on daily market fluctuations.
- Calculate logistics, freight, and unit economics to draft accurate commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and daily reporting on CRM/Ledgers.
The Reality Check (Who We Want):
- No Excuses: You must be 100% comfortable commuting daily to our godown and office facility at Amrit Steel Compound, Ghaziabad. We do not fund daily commutes.
- Hustle over Degrees: We care more about your hunger to learn and close deals than your academic background.
- Communication: You need a confident, sharp, and natural communication style (English & Hindi) to negotiate with heavy-industry buyers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Resilience: This is a high-stakes, target-driven environment. You eat what you kill through our commission structure.
Compensation & Perks:
- Fixed Base Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- Uncapped Commissions: Aggressive incentive structure based on execution and deal closures.
- Field Travel: Any authorized field travel or client visits will be 100% reimbursed at actuals.
- Direct Mentorship: Work directly alongside the Founder & Director, gaining unfiltered exposure to entrepreneurship and global trade.
Experience:
- B2B Sales / Inside Sales: 0-2 years (Freshers with high drive are welcome to apply).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
