Job Description – Sales Consultant (Healthcare)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant to drive business growth by developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. The role involves extensive travel across assigned territories to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Meet doctors, hospital administrators, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8–9 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
