Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Heat Exchanger / Header Shop for a leading Air Conditioning manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Heat Exchanger manufacturing, Header Shop operations, Coil Shop, and HVAC production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete Heat Exchanger / Header Shop operations.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety.
- Supervise Header Assembly, Coil Manufacturing, Brazing, Fin Press, Hairpin Bender, Vertical Expander, and Leak Testing operations.
- Plan manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules.
- Drive productivity improvement, OEE enhancement, and rejection reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
