Responsibility
- Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial properties/assets, etc.
- Performing in-depth primary and secondary industry, market and competitor research.
- Should have sound knowledge on the valuation of real estate assets using all the approaches cost approach, market approach, and the income approach.
- Addressing all the clients or auditors’ queries regarding the valuation of the subject property/asset
- Designing models based on discounted cash flow method (Advanced MS Excel) and construction cost model.
- Multi-sector exposure in Steel, Power, mining, and minerals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Paper, Textiles, Logistics, Cement, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, etc.
- Technical Due Diligence, conducting a feasibility study and preparing feasibility report/TEV studies of projects.
- Performing analysis of the cost incurred on the projects which are under construction.
- Preparing project status reports for under-construction projects.
- Knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements, perform ratio analysis, and interpretation of the same.
- Performing in-depth study and analysis of legal documents related to Arbitration Claims.
- Assist the team lead to conduct valuations, and also carry out valuation assignments independently.
- Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal and telephone interviews with brokers and property managers.
- Analysis, reconciliation, and summarization of data using various software applications such as MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
- Knowledge of key data sources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ. Moneycontrol.
- Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner
- Identify the replacement cost/market values of the assets through market surveys.
- Assist the senior in the framing of proposals for prospective assignments.
- Encouraging, Motivating, and overall development/Grooming of the team under supervision.
- Providing on-the-job technical training and guiding the team under supervision in their day-to-day work request within the objective to become a go-to person for them.
- Assist/Conduct technical interviews for candidates being hired down the Hierarchy.
- Coordinate with the finance department for Invoice follow-ups with the client on respective assignments.
- To identify potential clients who may require our services.
- Independently visit client office to attend meetings including a deep understanding of the internal and end-client needs with exceptional responsiveness, and delivery of the highest quality service and work product.
- Network within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualify leads using industry news and publications and also maintain existing client relationships.
- Maintain personal contact and develop long-lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross-selling opportunities for the company.
- Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, professional manner.
