Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the migration, immigration, or overseas education industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, lead generation, social media management, and performance marketing. Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory to effectively engage with our target audience and support regional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for migration and immigration services.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe, and other migration destinations.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create and oversee engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization activities.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate with sales and counseling teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries across digital channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in the migration, immigration, visa consultancy, or overseas education industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing certifications.
- Experience in handling migration campaigns for Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, or other immigration programs.
- Knowledge of video marketing, graphic design tools, and marketing automation platforms.
