Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in the design and engineering of water and wastewater treatment systems—including TSE polishing, water softeners, MBBR, MBR, and ASP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technically sound solutions and proposals tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements
Technical Expertise Required:
- Design and engineering of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Preparation of technical proposals for advanced treatment solutions such as:
o TSE (Treated Sewage Effluent) polishing systems
o Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO)
o Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO)
o Ultrafiltration systems
o Packaged MBBR systems
o Membrane Bioreactors (MBR)
o Water softeners
o Other related water treatment technologies
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical solutions within the water treatment industry
- Candidates must have worked on water treatment capacity of more than 10 MLD
- Candidate must have sound knowledge and experience in the end to end design of STP & WWTP projects.
- Candidate must have knowledge of the latest software technologies used in the proposal design such as Bentley, GEMS or any other.
- Strong understanding of market trends and client requirements in the GCC region
Must Have
· Candidate must be working in the water treatment industry
· Candidate must have worked on waste water treatment projects with water treatment capacity of more than 10 MLD
· Candidate must have worked on Sewage Treatment projects (STP)
· Candidate must have sound knowledge in membrane technologies such as MBR, MBBR, SBR etc.
· Candidates must be from an engineering background
· Candidate must have good communication skills
Nice to Have
· Prefer candidates from Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background
· Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the latest software technologies used in the proposal design such as Bentley, GEMS or any other

Working days: Monday to Saturday
Standard work timings:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
