Key Responsibilities
- Call potential buyers through Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B platforms.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
- Introduce our clothing products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team regarding customer orders.
- Handle basic office administrative tasks when required.
- Assist in preparing quotations and sharing product catalogs.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Confident on phone calls and comfortable talking to new customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or garment/textile industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
