About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Operations Executive to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for graduates who are interested in fintech, client support, technical operations, and back office management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring client systems, performing operational checks, managing client onboarding processes, verifying KYC documents, assisting with account management activities, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client trading infrastructure, CRM systems, bridges, and trading platforms during the night shift.
- Perform daily operational and technical health checks on client environments.
- Identify, escalate, and coordinate resolution of technical issues with internal support teams.
- Monitor alerts, incidents, and service disruptions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist clients with account creation, account management, and platform-related requests.
- Review and verify KYC documents as per company procedures.
- Support client onboarding activities and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of client requests, incidents, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with MT5 Administrators, Developers, and Technical Support teams for issue resolution.
- Generate daily operational reports and maintain support logs.
- Follow internal SOPs and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Escalate critical incidents to management as per defined escalation matrix.
- Assist in testing and validating new tools, plugins, and platform updates when required.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Post-Graduate (Applicable for 2025 & 2026 pass-outs).
- Basic understanding of financial markets, or fintech industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn back office operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in customer support, operations, or back-office roles will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
