Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and assisting different departments to maintain efficient workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Documentation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain both physical and digital records.
- Update databases, manage filing systems, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle printing, photocopying, and office paperwork.
- Data management for project related expenses.
Communication & Coordination
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general queries professionally.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Support communication between project teams, finance, and HR departments.
Office Operations & Supplies
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Track project-related paperwork and assist in basic coordination tasks.
- Support tracking of project documentation and finances when required.
Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline. Freshers can apply
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
