Position Description: We are looking for a Guidewire Integration and Configuration Lead with strong expertise in PolicyCenter to lead client engagements, manage development teams, and drive successful implementations.

Your future duties and responsibilities
. Team Leadership: Lead a team of onshore and offshore developers to design and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter screens, business rules, underwriting rules, workflows, and activities.
. Domain Expertise: Apply excellent domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to analyze and address customer business needs.
. Integration Mechanisms: Provide detailed knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter integration mechanisms, including cross center data flows.
. Architecture & Design: Leverage expertise in Guidewire Product Architecture and integration patterns across Policy and Claim Centers. Create architectural diagrams and design documents based on functional specifications (User Stories, process flows, use cases).
. Development & Customization: Utilize GOSU, Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, and OOTB Plug ins for integration development and customization. Flex between Configuration and Integration roles as needed to support delivery.
. Product Implementation: Implement new insurance products using Advanced Product Designer (APD) and Guidewire Rating.
. Systems Integration: Integrate Guidewire Centers with downstream systems using SOAP/REST services, file based integrations, or message queues. Design and implement integrations using Integration View, REST APIs, and Edge APIs. Lead efforts to integrate legacy applications with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
. Performance Management: Perform performance monitoring and tuning of integrations to ensure scalability and reliability. Ensure adherence to Guidewire coding standards, perform peer code reviews, and monitor product performance.
. Agile Methodology: Thrive in a fast paced Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environment. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and conduct user story/sprint demonstrations at the end of each release.
. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with diverse stakeholders (Configuration, Integration, Middleware, Legacy Teams) and partner with internal development and testing teams, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Program Managers to resolve issues and align solutions.
. Training & Enablement: Conduct end user training through workshops, training guides, and operational manuals.
. Global Delivery: Operate effectively in a global delivery model, liaising between clients and globally distributed development teams to ensure successful delivery.
. Leadership: Demonstrate strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity in decision making.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must Have Skills
. Certification: Guidewire ACE Certification for PolicyCenter.
. Industry Experience: 10 years of experience delivering a wide range of technology solutions across the Insurance Industry.
. Implementation Experience: At least 7–8 years of experience leading large Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
. Integration Knowledge: In depth expertise in Guidewire integration mechanisms and patterns, cloud capabilities, etc.
. Configuration Proficiency: Hands on proficiency in Guidewire configuration, with expertise in PolicyCenter: Product Model, Rating Model and Rules, Underwriting Rules, Data Model, PCF Wizards, Workflow, and Activities.

. Tools: Hands on experience using Advanced Product Designer (APD) and Claims AutoPilot.
. Team Management: Proven ability to independently lead, train, and motivate development teams to deliver successful outcomes.
