Job Description
We are looking for a German Language Trainer to teach and guide students across A1, A2, and B1 proficiency levels. The role involves delivering structured lessons, conducting assessments, and ensuring learners achieve language proficiency aligned with CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) standards. The trainer will focus on interactive teaching, pronunciation practice, grammar, vocabulary development, and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classes for A1, A2, and B1 levels with well-structured learning plans.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice sessions.
- Build students' grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.
- Prepare students for Goethe-Zertifikat examinations through assessments and mock tests.
- Ensure discipline, motivation, and active participation throughout the learning process.
Skills Required
- Excellent command of the German language and grammar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach learners across multiple proficiency levels.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Interactive, engaging, and student-focused teaching approach.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Goethe-Zertifikat B1 (mandatory). Higher certifications (B2/C1/C2) are an added advantage.
- Prior teaching or language training experience is preferred.
- Must have access to a laptop.
- Open to travel across Pan India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
