Responsibilities: • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines • Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime • Repair and replace mechanical parts such as bearings, gears, shafts, rollers, belts, and pneumatic components • Maintain printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching machines in proper working conditions • Perform routine inspection and lubrication of machines • Assist in machine installation, alignment, and trial activities • Maintain maintenance records and daily activity reports • Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards in the maintenance area • Coordinate with production team for smooth machine operation • Identify machine issues and support continuous improvement activities • Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems • Ability to use maintenance tools and measuring instruments • Teamwork and discipline
