Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Service Technicians / EV Technicians to join our Service Centre. Whether you are an experienced two-wheeler technician or an ITI/Diploma graduate eager to learn EV technology, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the fast-growing electric vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of Ather electric scooters.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and carry out repairs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and quality checks before delivery.
- Complete service jobs within the committed turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate job cards and service records.
- Follow workshop safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Parts and Service Advisor teams for timely repairs.
- Educate customers on basic vehicle maintenance and charging practices.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 0–5 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile service.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn electric vehicle technology.
- Ability to work in a team and deliver quality service.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
