JOB DESCRIPTION OF ADMIN MANGER
An Admin Manager oversees daily operations, tracks team performance, and enforces project or production goals. They act as a critical bridge between upper management and frontline staff by optimizing workflow, ensuring quality control, and quickly resolving operational roadblocks.
Core Responsibilities
- Workflow Execution: Manage daily tasks, assign duties, and allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate operational reports, and adjust strategies to meet productivity targets.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections, identify bottlenecks, and enforce company quality and compliance standards.
- Team Leadership: Train new hires, provide actionable feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Risk & Incident Management: Anticipate operational risks, investigate incidents or delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between frontline workers and senior leadership, reporting on progress and escalating critical issues.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3 years of proven supervisory or project execution experience, often requiring a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related technical field.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track metrics, and identify inefficiencies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Decisive and proactive mindset to quickly resolve conflicts and workflow disruptions.
- Technical Proficiency: Capability with project management software, reporting tools, and relevant industry technologies.
- Computer Knowledge mandatory.
Salary :- Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
