Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and manage the overall Human Resources function for a leading home appliance manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the consumer durables or manufacturing industry, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across all functions.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, and organizational development programs.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR budgets.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Build and mentor the HR team while fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support organizational growth and change management.
- Implement HRMS, HR analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Experience: 10–15 years in Human Resources, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing or consumer durables industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
