Job responsibility
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Process and monitor online orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds through email, chat, or phone.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates.
- Track order status and provide delivery updates to customers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and order reports.
- Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all platforms.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, blinkit etc.) when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
