You will also be involved in problem-solving and decision-making processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
