Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team in the pharmaceutical sector in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing equipment and systems used in drug manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities include creating detailed design specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Department: Design & Marketing / Product Development
Reports to: Design Lead / Marketing Manager

Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of packaging design software (e.g., ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical labeling and packaging regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Good communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
Creativity with a focus on functional design that adheres to strict guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (for digital applications).
Experience working with 3D design software.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines for packaging and digital products.
Work Environment:
Office environment with opportunities to collaborate across various departments.
Occasional travel may be required to attend industry events or meetings with external partners.
