Process: AR (Revenue Cycle Management)
Location: Mohali
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) in the US Healthcare domain
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim status and payments
- Work on denials management and resolve rejected claims
- Ensure timely payment posting and collections
- Analyze and resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of calls and claim updates
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare / RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work in night shifts (US shifts)
- Knowledge of medical billing, ICD/CPT codes (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate
- Freshers & experienced both eligible
- Prior experience in AR / Medical Billing is an advantage
