We are looking for a polished, experienced and service-driven Butler to join a prestigious luxury hospitality environment in New Delhi.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have a genuine passion for personalized luxury service, understand the importance of discretion, and can confidently cater to HNI/UHNI members, VIPs and discerning guests.
As a Butler, you will be responsible for delivering a highly personalized and seamless experience to members and their guests. You will be expected to understand preferences, anticipate requirements and create memorable experiences through thoughtful, proactive service.
- Deliver personalized Butler service to HNI/UHNI members, VIPs and their guests
- Anticipate guest requirements and provide proactive, discreet assistance
- Welcome, escort and assist members throughout their experience
- Build knowledge of member preferences, routines and service expectations
- Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Wellness, Spa, Gym and other departments
- Handle special requests, celebrations, amenities and personalized arrangements
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
- Ensure impeccable presentation of assigned areas and amenities
- Coordinate special amenities and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records of preferences and special requests
- Support service recovery and handle complaints with maturity and professionalism
- Consistently uphold international luxury hospitality standards
We are seeking candidates with:
- 3–8 years of experience in Butler Service, Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge or Luxury Hospitality
- Experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, private members’ club, luxury residence, private aviation, yacht or similar high-end environment
- Proven experience handling VIP/HNI/UHNI clientele
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Additional international languages will be an advantage
- Exceptional grooming, etiquette and professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- High emotional intelligence, maturity and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A natural ability to anticipate needs rather than simply respond to requests
We are particularly interested in professionals who have gained experience in international luxury hospitality environments and are looking to bring their expertise to an exceptional private-membership and luxury service setting in India.
Candidates from leading luxury brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Aman, Oberoi, Taj, Rosewood or equivalent luxury properties are encouraged to apply.
