Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound and handle inbound calls to explain products/services and address customer queries.
· Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to meet sales or conversion targets.
· Maintain customer details and call records
· Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions aligned with company offerings
· Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve products/services.
· Resolve basic issues and ensure timely follow-up for customer satisfaction.
Skills to Include
· Good communication skills in Tamil & English
· Basic computer knowledge
· Fresher’s are welcome to apply
· Experience in tele calling/sales will be an advantage
Salary: ₹12000 - ₹ 15000 per month + incentives, based on the experience.
