- To support continuous improvement initiatives in marketing activities within the assigned area to achieve the sales objectives.
- To align with the marketing team for generating leads and building a prospective client database.
- Ensure timely updation and effective management of all online sales portals (GEM, Tender Platforms, IndiaMART, Exporter India) to generate quality enquiries and enhance digital presence.
- Carry out telecalling activities and email communication with prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and nurture leads.
- Conduct structured client visits for requirement understanding, relationship building, and business development; share timely visit reports with management.
- Maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, providing timely support, and ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients to understand specifications and coordinate with internal teams for suitable proposals.
- Accurately update, track, and manage all sales-related data, enquiries, quotations, and orders on Tranzact to ensure seamless coordination.
- Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- To identify and report critical sales-related issues to management and support in implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure the achievement of sales target by continuously monitoring performance on monthly/weekly basis.
- To negotiate and close deals within prescribed timelines.
- Ensuring outstanding payments are timely received and maintaining adequate cash flow.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
