Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years directly managing end-to-end SAP global implementations and rollouts. Proven experience delivery-managing SAP S/4HANA transformations alongside core supply chain modules (SAP EWM, TM, or IBP). Experience leading cross-functional teams (10+ consultants) across a global, onsite/offshore model. Practical expertise using SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall delivery frameworks. Willingness to travel 20–30%. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certifications. Experience working within a global technology consulting firm or systems integrator. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree.
